Now I wake up every day with a purpose, to not only help to make my life better but improve the lives of those around me as well.

After retiring from the AFL, I suffered a well-publicised failed business attempt and struggled with my purpose and self-confidence post-sport. I realised I needed to pursue my passions in health and fitness and as an athlete, I had always found the most joy in inspiring and motivating people. I felt I wanted to share the amazing transformations your life can take when you choose to make your health your number one priority.

I discovered a way to live and breathe my health and fitness passions every day and help others to consistently live a fit and healthy lifestyle. You have nothing to lose by working with me. Together we will succeed because passion drives success and great health leads the way to a great life.
